Common questions
How do I delete my account?
Open Beero → Settings → Account → Delete Account. This permanently removes your profile, sessions, posts, and associated data, typically within 30 days.
I signed in with Apple but a new account was created
This usually happens if Apple's binding between your Apple ID and Beero was reset (for example, by going to Settings → Apple ID → Sign-In & Security → Sign in with Apple → Beero → Stop Using). Email us with your Apple ID email or relay email and we can help recover access.
Venue search isn't finding bars near me
Beero needs location permission to find nearby venues. Open iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services → Beero, and set it to "While Using the App".
Reporting a bug or abuse
For technical bugs, include your iOS version and a description of what happened. To report inappropriate content or behaviour, you can also report directly inside the App from the post or profile menu.
